Can I view the kennels?

Yes, inspections are welcome. Please call on us 9581 8691 to schedule a time. Viewing times are after 10.00am.

Do I have to bring their own bed?

No, we have adequate bedding and blankets.

Can I bring their own food?

Yes, we have fridges & freezers available. If your dog is on a special diet, please ensure you provide enough to cover their full stay.

My dog is on medication, will you continue the treatment?

Yes, we continue to give your dog any medications they require while they are with us. Please ensure that there is sufficient to cover their stay.

Does my dog have to be vaccinated?

All dogs must have a current vaccination certificate to be sighted before they enter the kennels.

What if my dog requires emergency care?

We have a vet on call 24/7 in the unlikely event of an emergency. We will require your contact name and details in case of questions or emergencies.

Can you pick up or drop off my dog before or after their stay?

We operate a pick up or drop off service transport, if you require. Please call us to enquire about the costs.
